The Student Union of LUT University (LTKY) represents 7,800 undergraduate and postgraduate students studying at LUT University in Lappeenranta, Lahti, Turku, Kouvola, and Mikkeli. LTKY is searching for a temporary housing coordinator who wants to help new freshers to find a roof over their heads. As temporary housing secretary you are responsible for coordinating the temporary housing and giving out keys for the LOAS dormitories where the temporary housing is arranged. Your work includes also managing contracts and rent payments as well as making sure that everybody has mattresses etc. The work is located in Lappeenranta.

- Ability to keep keys, excels and euros in order
- An independent approach to work
- B driver’s license with permission to drive manual gearbox
- Good skills in finnish and english

Temporary housing coordinator’s position is temporary for the period 1.8.-7.11. and the calculated working time of the task is 20 h/week. In the employment relationship, the collective agreement of the student unions applies and the salary is shaped according to the framework of salary group II, being €945,32 /month + possible supplements. We require some weekend and evening work, especially from August 22 to September 1. between when most new students arrive on campus.
