We in the student union and at LUT are interested in what students see as a new normal after the pandemic, as well as students’ experiences of the quality of teaching. Aalef seeks students!
Hello student! Would you like to make a concrete impact on Aalef’s lunches? Do you have a recipe or product idea that you think should definitely be included on Aalef’s lunch lists as well? Are you ready to taste the novelties?
If you answered yes; apply to Aalef’s new development group‼️
The purpose of the new development group is primarily to develop Aalef’s lunch offering so that our students would like to come and eat Aalef’s lunch every day of the week. We hope to get students who are especially enthusiastic about the development of vegetarian and vegan food, but we also welcome mixed eaters, to the development group.
The development group is supposed to meet about 2-3 times during the spring of 2021, and we will choose a max. 10 people due to pandemic restrictions.

Lunchtime drop-ins: stress management during lunch breaks
Do you find it hard taking breaks while studying remotely? Do you often have lunch alone at the computer? Are you constantly stressed? Feel you can’t cope? Attention wandering? A 30-minute lunchtime drop-in will reconnect you with yourself during your lunch break. You’ll also have a chance to receive peer support for your daily life during the pandemic. Lunchtime drop-ins will be held on Tuesdays from 11.30 to 12.00 am from March to May 2021. All lunchtime drop-ins will be similar – join just one or join them all!
