Project coordinator is a project worker who arranges the 55th annual celebration of the student union. In this job you get to design and arrange the main event and other events for the week leading to the celebration. The celebration date is 26.10.2024 and the project coordinator has carte blanche to arrange events for the week prior to the main event at Lahti. Responsibilities include also budgeting the celebration. Pay will be 1000 € for the full project. You can also apply for this position with a friend and arrange the events together. In this case payment will be divided between all organizers.
We require:
- Self-imposed working habit
- Organizational skills
- Experience from academic celebrations
- Knowledge of skinnarila student life
- Good spoken and written Finnish or English
Considered as an advantage:
- Prior work as a guilds Host/Hostess

The executive board of the student union will make the decision after the interviews. Work starts immediately after the selection. While working as a project coordinator you can still work in a summer job or study. Most of the work will be around the celebration week in the fall.
