The official voting station is located in the Student Union lobby and is open on the official voting days. In case of problems, electronical voting is guaranteed to be possible at the official voting station.
The administrator of the system guarantees that the vote will take place on the official election day at the official voting station on 7th and 8th of November 9 am to 3 pm, but electronical voting is open from 1st to 8th of November. The electoral election is organized by the Central Electoral Commission and administrator of the Student Union.
In case of failure in the system, the elections can be transferred according to the decision of the Central Electoral Commission to the backup election days on November 14th and 15th. If voting is blocked due to a failure of the electoral system, elections may be renewed. In this case the Central Election Commission will give instructions on the Student Union’s website. If the electoral voting is interrupted for an unreasonably long period of time, the Central Election Commission will decide on further actions.
