Smoking on the Skinnarila campus

Three outdoor smoking shelters have been reserved for smokers on the Skinnarila campus: one by the main entrance, one by the west entrance, and one at the far end of Building 2 near SAIMIA.

Smoking should be avoided in the immediate vicinity of entrances and walls because smoke easily travels indoors through doors and windows.

In addition, let’s not forget that the campus school and day care centre are non-smoking zones: regular cigarettes and e-cigarettes are not allowed in Finnish day care centres, preschools, and primary and secondary schools or in areas surrounding them.
